31-year old Jason Colton Hubbard of Taylorsville was taken into custody on Friday, July 30th by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office and served with an arrest warrant for failure to appear. The charge was for violation of his probation. Hubbard was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $5,000. His next court date is scheduled for August 23rd in Taylorsville.
