Kenneth William Church, 61, of Taylorsville, was taken into custody on Monday after being served an arrest warrant for failure to appear. He failed to show for a court date and an order for arrest was issued by the presiding judge. Church has a case pending dating to 2023 for second-degree trespass. He remains in the Alexander County Jail with a bond set for $40,000.
