Taylorsville Man Jailed Without Bond After Wednesday Arrest

28-year old Dexton Markez Banner of Taylorsville was arrested Wednesday afternoon. He’s charged with felony breaking and entering a motor vehicle, felony larceny after breaking and entering and injury to personal property. Banner is being held without bond in the County Detention Center. Monday, May 6th is listed for a court appearance.

Banner has previous charged that are pending in Alexander County that include breaking and entering and assault with a deadly weapon.

In Catawba County charges are pending for felony possession of schedule I controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and shoplifting/concealment of goods.
