Taylorsville Man Jailed Without Bond

Phillip Allen Griffin, age 46 of Taylorsville, was arrested on Thursday by the Office of Probation and Parole. He was charged with felony probation violation and placed without bond in the Alexander County Detention Center. A driving with license revoked charge is also pending in Alexander County.

Griffin is serving a suspended sentence from 2023 for DWI from Iredell County in addition to possession of schedule II controlled substance and child abuse from Caldwell County.
