Dakota Lee Deal, age 23 of Taylorsville, was taken into custody on Thursday. He’s charged with probation violation and is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $1,000. January 8th is listed as a district court date.
Previous charges are pending against Deal that include felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and probation violation are scheduled for court on Monday, December 18th.
