Adam Colby Starnes, age 40 of Taylorsville was arrested by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office on January 2nd. Starnes was charged with possession of schedule II controlled substance. He was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $5,000. He was scheduled to make a court appearance on Monday, January 7th in Taylorsville.
