Dakota Lee Farmer, age 24 of Taylorsville, was arrested on Monday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony conspiracy to sell and deliver schedule II controlled substance. He was also served a warrant for failure to appear on an unspecified charge. Farmer remains in the Alexander County Detention Center as of this morning with a secured bond of $3,000. A September 13th court date is scheduled.
