Dustin Michael Bivens, age 34 of Taylorsville, was arrested by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office on Monday. He was served warrants for failure to appear on multiple probation violations. Bivens was arrested in March for the same offenses. He’s serving a Surry County 36-month suspended sentence dating to December, 2022 for felony possession of fentanyl and larceny. As of earlier today, Bivens remains in the Alexander County Jail under a secured bond of $150,000.
