Taylorsville Man Held In Custody

37-year old Leslie Allen James of Taylorsville was arrested on June 18th on a series of warrants for failure to appear. Among the original charges are felony possession of schedule I controlled substance, felony breaking and entering, felony larceny after breaking and entering, misdemeanor larceny, possession of stolen goods, and multiple counts of driving with license revoked. James remains in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $76,000. His next court date is scheduled for July 18th in Alexander County District Court.
