Victor Dos Passos, 29, of Kerley RD., Taylorsville, was sentenced to serve six-months in jail during a session of Alexander County Superior Court this week. On Monday, a judge ordered the defendant to detention based on two cases, a 2024 charge in Alexander County of assault or affray on a firefighter and a 2025 charge of malicious conduct by an inmate or prisoner.
