Taylorsville Man Facing New Charges

Allen Jennings Campbell, 35 of Taylorsville, was arrested Thursday by the Office of Probation and Parole and charged with felony probation violation. He’s being held in the Alexander County Detention Center without bond.

Campbell has a long history of criminal convictions over the course of at least a decade. Most recently he was released from prison on December 30th, 2023. He served 10 months following an Iredell County conviction for possession of a firearm by a felon, and felony possession of schedule II controlled substance.
