Taylorsville Man Facing Charges In Three Counties

Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 23-year old Dallas James McDaniel Jr on Monday. He was charged with felony breaking and entering and felony larceny. He was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center without bond. An appearance in Alexander County District Court is set for January 22nd.

A number of previous charges are pending against McDaniel in Caldwell County. The charges include larceny, possession of stolen goods and second-degree trespass. The next court date scheduled in Lenoir is February 8th.

McDaniel has a larceny charge awaiting trial in Catawba County as well.
