Taylorsville Man Facing Charges

46-year-old Kristofer Dale Williams of Taylorsville was taken into custody on Wednesday in Alexander County. He was served a series of warrants from Catawba County that include felony possession of methamphetamine, felony assault by strangulation and assault on a female. Williams charges pending in Alexander County that include felony probation violation and felony possession of methamphetamine. As of earlier today, Williams remains in the Alexander County Jail with bond set at $46,000.

Williams is serving an Alexander County 30-month suspended sentence after being found guilty of felony possession of schedule II controlled substance in 2024.
