Michael Orlando Linebarger, age 49 of Taylorsville, was arrested on Monday. He is charged with felony larceny, fraud-obtaining property by false pretense and a pair of probation violations. Linebarger is being held under a $40,000 secured bond in the Alexander County Detention Center. He is scheduled to make a Wednesday, December 4th court appearance.
