Taylorsville Man Detained Without Bond

A Taylorsville man is being held in custody without bond.

Overnight, 27-year-old Payton Mackenzie Parsons, NC HWY 16 S., Taylorsville, was taken into custody by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. He’s charged with domestic criminal trespass, crime of domestic violence and assault on a female. Parson is being held under a mandatory 48-hour period before bond (if granted) can be set.
