On Monday, David Wayne Mecimore, age 41 of Taylorsvile, was arrested by the Office of Probation and Parole. He’s charged with two-counts of probation violation and defrauding a drug/alcohol test. Mecimore was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $15,000.
