On Tuesday, May 28th, Josaih Joseph Maitland, age 19 of Taylorsville, was placed in custody on warrants dating to 2023. The charges are for larceny, possession of stolen property and obstructing justice. As of earlier today, Maitland remains in the Alexander County Detention Center with a bond set at $1,500.
