Nicholas Winston Gamewell, age 32 of Taylorsville, was arrested on Saturday, June 18th by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office and charged with assault with a deadly weapon. As of this morning, Gamewell remained in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $7,500. An August 8th court date is scheduled.
