Taylorsville Police Officers arrested 41-year old Rahman Hasan Miller of Taylorsville on Sunday. Miller was charged with assault by pointing a gun and assault on a female. He is being held without bond in the Alexander County Detention Center. A November 8th court date is scheduled in Alexander County District Court.
