Taylorsville Man Arrested While Making Court Appearance

The Alexander County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35-year old Ricky James Kilby of Taylorsville on Wednesday and charged him with warrants for felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was served the warrant while appearing in court on an unrelated matter. Kilby was released on an unspecified bond. He is scheduled for a Monday, March 8th court appearance in Alexander County District Court.

Kilby also has some outstanding charges in Catawba County for larceny and financial card fraud. He also has pending charges in both Alexander and Mecklenburg Counties for driving with license revoked.
