Nicholas Paul Seymour, 27 of Taylorsville, was taken into custody Tuesday morning by the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office. He’s charged with reckless driving with wanton disregard. Seymour was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center with a bond listed at $1,000. He’s schedule to appear in court today in Newton.
