Austin Markize Saddler, age 25 of Taylorsville, was arrested Sunday by the Longview Police Department and charged with felony possession of a stolen automobile, felony flee/elude arrest with a motor vehicle, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of stolen goods, and a failure to appear for second-degree trespass. Saddler was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $36,000. A Monday court appearance is scheduled in Newton.
