Davin Lashawn Smith, 37, of Middle Road in Taylorsville, was arrested on Thursday, January 29th by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. He’s charged with breaking and entering and second-degree trespass. Smith is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $10,000.
