28-year old James Edward Cook of Taylorsville was arrested on September 17th by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office and Taylorsville Police. He was charged with assault on a female and and felony probation violation. He is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $15,000.
