Taylorsville Man Busted This Morning On Felony Drug Charges

On April 14, the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office responded to a trespassing call. Deputies arrested and charged Trevor James Huffman, age 32, of Canopy Woods LN, Taylorsville. He is charged with one count of felony Trafficking Fentanyl, one count of Felony Possession of Methamphetamine, and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Huffman is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center under a $100,000 secured bond with a first appearance in Alexander County District Court on April 20,2026.
