Todd Lee Hefner, age 56 of Taylorsville, was taken into custody on Monday and charged with felony probation violation. He’s being held in the Alexander County Detention without bond. Hefner has multiple charges pending in Alexander County that include felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, felony larceny and a previous felony probation violation.
