A Taylorsville man is facing felony charges in two counties. Justin Allen Franklin, age 30, was arrested by Catawba County Sheriff’s Deputies on Saturday, May 18th. He was served a warrant from Cleveland County for felony larceny of a motor vehicle. Catawba County charges include felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle and felony flee to elude arrest with a motor vehicle. He is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond set at $27,000. A Cleveland County Court appearance is scheduled for Monday and a Catawba County District Court date is set for Tuesday.
