Taylorsville Man Arrested. He’s Facing Charges In Three Counties

Jeremy Sheridan Murphy, age 38 of Taylorsville, was arrested last Thursday, October 12th by the Taylorsville Police Department. He was charged with breaking and entering and placed in the Alexander County Jail with a bond set at $25,000.

Murphy has a number of previous charges in Alexander, Catawba and Caldwell Counties. The previous offenses include assault with physical injury, resisting arrest, reckless driving, hit and run and driving with license revoked.

Murphy was scheduled to appear in Alexander County District Court on Monday. His next court date in Catawba County is October 23rd. Court appearances in Caldwell County are listed for November 9th and November 23rd.
