Taylorsville Man Arrested For Felony Probation Violation

Justin Eugene Elder, age 29 of Taylorsville, was taken into custody by Alexander County Deputies on Tuesday and charged with felony probation violation. He’s being held in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $20,000 and is scheduled to make a court appearance on July 15th.

Elder has a previous felony charge pending for possession of methamphetamine. He’s scheduled for Alexander County Superior Court on September 16th.
