34-year old Brandon Shane Parsons of Taylorsville was taken into custody on Friday by Conover Police on a series of failure to appear counts. The original charges include communicating threats, driving with license revoked, and other traffic violations. Parsons is being held this morning in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $5,000.
