Taylorsville Man Arrested After Incident In WalMart Parking Lot

On Saturday, May 30th, at approximately 9:59 p.m., Officers with the Taylorsville Police Department responded to the local WalMart store regarding a reported domestic incident.

Following an investigation, Officers identified Justin Kane Davis, age 33, of Williams and Nance Lane, Taylorsville as the suspect. After reviewing security footage and gathering evidence, warrants were obtained for his arrest.

Davis was taken into custody on Sunday, May 31st and charged with the following offenses:

• Felony Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle
• Larceny After Breaking and Entering
• Interfering with Emergency Communications
• Reckless Driving

Davis was issued a $10,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Alexander County District Court on June 1
