Taylorsville Police arrested Dewayne Lee Howard, age 42 of Taylorsville, on Tuesday. He was served warrants for larceny-shoplifting of goods and second-degree trespass. Howard was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a bond set at $1,000.
