Taylorsville Man Arrested

Probation and Parole Officers arrested 29-year old Roderick Garin Baker of Taylorsville on Thursday, October 26th. He was charged with a pair of probation violations and placed in the Alexander County Detention Center. As of earlier today, he remains in custody with a secured bond set at $10,000. Baker is scheduled to make a court appearance today.

Baker is also facing previous charges of assault on a female, assault on a government official and resisting arrest. Those charges are also scheduled for court today.
