Sunday Morning Drug Arrest Made By Alexander County Sheriff’s Office

A drug arrest was made early Sunday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies charged 57-year-old Susan Carol Montgomery of Springfield DR., Stony Point, with the following

Felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine
Felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance
Possession of schedule IV controlled substance
Possession of drug paraphernalia

Arrest documentation revels that 14 grams of methamphetamine was seized.

Montgomery is being held without bond in the Alexander County Jail due to multiple previous pending charges. Drug trafficking charges from 2024 and 2025 await trial.

An Iredell County conviction in 2024 for felony possession of meth resulted in a suspended sentence and probation.
