35-year-old Kadi Woodman Laws of Stony Point is being held without bond in the Alexander County Detention Center. She was arrested on Monday and charged with probation violation. Laws is serving a 12 month suspended sentence following a December, 2024 conviction in Iredell County for possession of schedule VI controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
