Stony Point Woman Jailed

Ashley Christine McNeely, age 33 of Stony Point was taken into custody on Wednesday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. She’s charged with probation violation. McNeely is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $9,000.

McNeely has pending charges in New Hanover County that include felony assault-inflicting serious bodily injury, driving while license revoked and driving while impaired. Her court date in Alexander County is scheduled for September 19th. A Superior Court date is scheduled for New Hanover County on September 11th and she has a District Court date on September 13th in Wilmington.
