Stony Point Woman Held Under Large Bond

A Stony Point woman is facing a series of felony drug charges. 30-year old Chelsy Lynn Combs of York Road was arrested on May 12th by the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office. She’s charged with felony trafficking heroin, possession of schedule 1 controlled substance, possession of schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She remains in the Iredell County Jail with a bond set at $225,000.

Combs is awaiting trial in Alexander County for felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of a firearm be a felon and multiple vehicle and traffic related offenses.
