A Stony Point woman was taken into custody by Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies on Tuesday, May 16th. 56-year old Linda Marie Barker was served an arrest warrant for failure to appear on a charge of probation violation in Alexander County. She was also served warrants from Iredell County for a pair of failure to appear charges. She is no longer listed as an inmate in the Alexander County Detention Center.
