Nicole Cartela Ramirez, age 21 of Stony Point, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with financial card theft and obtaining property by false pretense. She’s being held in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond set at $25,000. A May 6th court date is scheduled.
