Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Payton Rose Schwantes, age 24 of Stony Point, on September 25th. A judge ordered the arrest following her testimony in Alexander County Superior Court. Schwantes was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $25,000.
