Amanda Rae Collins, age 42, Harris Street, Stony Point, was taken into custody during the evening hours of Tuesday, September 29th. Collins is charged with
Felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine
Felony maintain vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance
Possession of drug paraphernalia (2 counts)
Arrest documents indicate 3.4 grams of meth was seized.
Collins was arrested in June by Alexander County Deputies and charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was on pre-trial release prior to her latest arrest after posting a secured bond of $7,500.
She is now being held without bond pending an appearance before a judge.
