Christina Dawn Hatcher, 37, of Stony Point has been returned to custody. She was served failure to appear warrants on Wednesday. Hatcher missed a court appearance oin a charge of assault and remains in jail under a secured bond of $4,000. Hatcher has multiple other charges pending in Alexander and Iredell Counties.
