Stony Point Woman Arrested Again

Lisa Mae Cape, age 34 of Stony Point, was arrested overnight. She been charged with shoplifting/concealment of goods, larceny, possession of schedule III controlled substance, possession of schedule IV controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Cape is being held without bond pending an appearance in Alexander County District Court.

She was arrested on October 12 by Taylorsville Police. Charges filed at that time included  felony possession of schedule II and schedule III controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a firearm by a felon.

Cape also has a misdemeanor larceny charge pending in Iredell County.
