Stony Point Man Served Governor’s Warrant

A Stony Point man remains in custody in Iredell County. As previously reported, 30-year-old William Cody Blevins was arrested by Iredell County Deputies on May 15th and charged with  being a fugitive from justice. He remains in the Iredell County Detention Center under a secured bond of $50,000. On July 21st, Blevins was served a Governor’s Warrant.

Blevins also has a pending charge in Iredell County for felony possession of methamphetamine.
Pending charges in Alexander County include felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, felony trafficking methamphetamine, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of schedule IV controlled substance and possession of schedule VI controlled substance.
