23-year old Buddy Randall Fortner of Stony Point is scheduled to make an Alexander County District Court appearance today. He was placed in custody on October 11th by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office for probation violations. As of this morning, he remained in the county detention center with a secured bond of $7,500.
