Hugo Salazar Lopez
On Friday, 39-year-old Hugo Salazar Lopez was detained. The failure to appear charges are the result of an August 26th arrest for elony second-degree kidnapping, assault on a female, crime of domestic violence, communicating threats and interfere with emergency communications.
An immigration and customs deportation order has been placed on the suspect due to his illegal-citizen status.
