Brandon Scott Carter
As reported on September 18th, 35-year old Brandon Scott Carter was taken into custody by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office for being on a school campus which is a violation for a citizen listed on the sex-offender registry. Carter was later released under a secured bond of $20,000.
On Friday, Carter was arrested by Alexander County Probation and Parole Officers for violating terms of his parole. He is now being held without bond.
Carter was convicted of felony rape in Forsyth County in 2004. He served almost 16 years in prison as result of that conviction.
