Buddy Randall Fortner, age 25 of Stony Point is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center. He was ordered by a judge to serve three days for violating his probation on Wednesday. Last May, Fortner was charged with failure to heed blue lights and siren, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with license revoked and multiple traffic offenses.
