Walter Stephen Johnson
On Monday, July 14th, Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 68-year-old Walter Stephen Johnson of Stony Point and charged him with 3-felony counts of indecent liberties with a child. He’s been held in custody since with bond set for $250,000. B86 reported the arrest on July 15th.
On Friday, July 18th, Johnson was charged with 5 additional counts of felony sex-offense with a child. Bond has been increased to $1.225 million and Johnson remains in custody.
