53-year old Raymond Stacy Morgan of Stony Point was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center on Friday after being served with arrest warrants for failure to appear. Morgan has been charged with assault on a female and driving with license revoked. He remains in jail with a secured bond of $15,000. An October 18th court date is scheduled.
